Rurouni Kenshin TV - Kenshin (50)
Kenshin, knowing that he needs something beyond his current level of skill to beat Shishio Makoto, has gone to find his sword master Hiko Seijuro the 13th. He needs the final secret of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu, left behind when he joined the Ishin Shishi at the beginning of the Bakumatsu. Hiko is not easy to convince, especially when Kenshin can't manage to land a single blow on him. Kenshin takes a deep breath, leaps into the air, and attacks - thus gaining the right to learn the Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki from Hiko.

I knew this cel was a prize when I saw it but did not realize what a huge prize it is until re-watching the series recently. Kenshin only lands two sword attacks on Hiko when Hiko is actually using his skills. This is one of them.
